  • Bird Fiend: Increases your natural stab armour and allows you to inflict stab damage with your mouth and feet. Increases the bypass of all hand based stab attacks. This scar on your forehead, wrists or ankles provides stab bypass and provides twice as much if you have the Pierce talent. On chest or stomach this scar greatly increases your natural stab armor.
  • Barbed Devil: Increases your natural cut armour and allows you to inflict cut damage with your mouth, horns, or wings. If you also have Inferno, it will allow you to inflict cut damage as an area affect. Increases the bypass of all hand based cut attacks. This scar on your forehead, wrists or ankles provides cut bypass and provides twice as much if you have the Cleave talent. On chest or stomach, this scar greatly increases your natural cut armor.
  • Frog Fiend: Makes your skin more likely to absorb crushing blows. Allows you to swim faster in water with webbed hands. Allows you to pounce great distances on your feet. Ranged entangling tongue attack on mouth. Allows you to envenom your weapons on wings or warbeast. This scar works the same as the mouth warp when placed on your forehead.
  • Crab Fiend: Gives you the ability to sense nearby enemies when used on head. Increases natural soak and allows you to take advantage of the Tainted Flesh immunity bonus on unarmored locations. Replaces your claws with cutting pincers and your legs with more defensive but unarmorable crab legs.
  • Slug Fiend: Replaces your natural shock armor with a large amount of poison armor. Your arms will transform into acidic slime and deal dual heat/poison damage. When used on wings, it will replace short-range flight with dual heat/poison burst on criticals. Will transform your lower body into that of a huge slug.
  • Rock Devil: Increases bypass of head and hand-based crush attacks. Greatly increases natural armor and allows you to take advantage of Tainted Flesh's immunity bonus on unarmored locations. Makes your Inferno deal crush damage. This scar on your forehead, wrists or ankles provides crush bypass and provides twice as much if you have the Smash talent. On chest or stomach, this scar greatly increases your natural crush armor.
  • Smoke Demon: Chance of flame burst on head and mouth. Heat damage instead of wings. Natural heat armour on skin. Heat bypass on hand based attacks. This scar on your forehead, wrists or ankles provides heat bypass and provides twice as much if you have the Burn talent. On chest or stomach, this scar greatly increases your natural heat armor.
  • Frost Demon: Chance of cold burst on head and mouth. Cold damage instead of wings. Natural cold armour on skin. Cold bypass on hand based attacks. This scar on your forehead, wrists or ankles provides cold bypass and provides twice as much if you have the Freeze talent. On chest or stomach, this scar greatly increases your natural cold armor.
  • Rage Demon: Makes you more resistant to fear when used on skin. Gives bypass when raging depending on your bypass talents. This scar increases your attack/defence based on how badly hurt you are when placed on forehead. Increases your resistance to damage and fear while raging when used on chest.
  • Spider Fiend: When used on head, it allows you to taste nearby enemies. Natural crush armor on skin. Poison bypass on hand-based attacks. Your legs will transform into defensive spider legs, preventing you from wearing a codpiece or leg equipment and allowing you to fire webs at your enemy to slow or immobilize them.
  • Serpent fiend: Changes your head attacks to poison damage. Chance of poison burst on critical hits. Changes the immunity, armor and auto-absorb bonuses of Pathway to Hell from heat to poison. Replaces your arms with a serpent body adding 50 defence for every 10 ranks in Demon Form. Increases head, feet and tail-based bypass by 2 for every rank in Demon form and Tainted Flesh. Transforms your feet into a serpents' lower body, increasing swimming rate and allowing you to ignore currents.
  • Hellhound Fiend: Greatly increases natural armour and allows you to take advantage of the immunity bonus from Tainted Flesh on unarmored locations. Trasforms your arms into paws that have increased cut bypass dependent on your ranks in Demon Form and transforms your legs into paws that allow you to pounce great distances. On both arms and feet it increases your bypass for each rank in Hellhound and allows you to take advantage of Lupine Fortitude using Demon Form and skin warps to determine your natural armor. This scar increases riding movement speed when used on ankles.
  • Bone Devil: Additional cut bypass on hands with or without weapons. On head, wings or as Inferno, will allow you to inflict stab damage. On skin will provide internal armour for every rank in Demon Form and Tainted Flesh combined. Scar on chest or stomach provides internal armor.
  • Rust Demon: Reduces opponent's armor durability and magical auto repair when worn on arms, head, mouth, wings or legs. Increases your health when used on skin. On forehead, wrists or ankles, this scar works exactly the same way as the arms warp.
  • Terror Demon: Increases the effectiveness of your Living Nightmare power by your ranks in Demon Form when used on head, for the purpose of determining whether or not fear works. Increases the physical and energy armor of your Protean Nemesis power. Allows you to freely switch between club, spiked, or bladed arms and gives a chance of elemental burst on critical blows depending on your energy bonus from Protean Nemesis, if you have the Demon Spawn talent as well. This scar works the same way for your forehead as the warp works for the head location, except Ritual Scarring is used instead of Demon Form. On your wrists or ankles it increases your physical and energy bypass bonuses from Protean Nemesis. On your chest and stomach it greatly increases the physical and energy armor bonuses from Protean Nemesis.
  • Crystal Devil: Changes your Demonic Rage bonuses from attack, defence, damage to ascendancy, protection, and power, as well as changing the physical bypass bonus from Devil Spawn if you have the corresponding energy bypass talents Burn, Freeze or Shock. (This bonus is based on your naked aura.) Greatly increases your natural soak to cut/stab based attacks, moderately increases your crush, shock, and poison soak and slightly increases your cold and heat soak for each rank you have in Tainted Flesh on unarmored locations. You also gain the Tainted Flesh immunity bonus if the location is unarmored. Increases your energy bypass for all unarmed hand-based spells. Changes the immunity bonus received from Evasion to energy immunity. On your forehead this scar works just as the eyes warp, with an additional ascendancy and power bonus.
  • Dust Devil: Switches your Inferno power with the Dust Vortex ability, which is activated with the headbutt technique (hh), and gives physical/poison immunity for as many seconds as you have ranks in Demon Form. This power must be recharged just like Inferno. Replaces the damage/resistance bonus from Demon Form with a large defense bonus when placed on skin. Allows you to ignore terrain penalties and hover above the ground when placed on legs. Wingbash will knock an opponent over on critical hits, when placed on wings. Increases your movement speed when this scar is on your ankles.
  • Succubus Devil: Inflicts mental damage with the kiss technique and on criticals inflicts the wound "tempted" on your opponent, which doubles the duration of the Lust ability of Road of Seven Sins, when placed on the mouth. On skin causes your Lust to reduce your opponent's bypass depending on your bypass talents. (ie: Cleave will reduce your opponent's cut bypass, Shock their shock bypass. Possibly does not work with Venom.) On arms, your Lust reduces your target's attack, defence and damage. On legs, your Lust reduces your target's balance and movement speed.
  • Storm Demon: Chance of shock burst on head and mouth. Shock damage instead of wings. Natural shock armour on skin. Shock bypass on hand based attacks.
  • Pit Devil: Replaces your headbutt with a life draining tentacle attack that inflicts stab damage and inflicts internal crush damage on critical hits. Replaces your bite with a mental blast which is affected by the Psionics and Psychic Mastery talents, while Soul Devourer will allow you to drain mana with this attack on a critical blow. Will replace the damage bonus from Demon Form with a size bonus on if used on skin. Replaces your arms with tentacles that have a reach bonus based on your ranks in Demon Form and benefits from the Flails skill and Whip Mastery talent. Your wings will become tentacles that cannot be fitted with wing-spikes, but can deal crush damage and internal crush bursts on critical blows. Transforms your legs into tentacles. This scar provides a great increase to natural mental armor when on chest or stomach.
  • Blight Demon: Replaces your bite attack with a nasty lashing tongue tipped with a small mouth of razor-sharp fangs that inflicts cut damage, gains an attack, damage and range bonus based on your Demon Form power and has a chance of dealing a dual heat/poison burst attack with its toxic saliva. You grow an extra pair of arms ending in thin taloned hands providing you with an alternative combat table when you place this warp on your arms. You grow the huge lower body of a bloated maggot when placed on legs. Inflicts poison damage when on wings. As a scar provides the same bonus as the mouth warp when placed on your forehead.
  • Chelonian fiend: Replaces the damage/resistance from Demon Form with natural crush soak and doubles the resistance bonus. When placed on arms improves your Rapid Shield Block talent and changes your claws to demonic fists that benefit from Tainted Talons and Iron Fists but not from Iron Talons or Razor Claws. You lose short range flight and gain a shell that gives a defense bonus during cooldown for each rank in Wings of the Abyss, unless you also have Enhanced Deflection. Reduces the chance of your hands getting chopped off when on both arms and wings. This scar affects you as the arms warp does when placed on your wrists. This scar affects you as the wings warp does when placed on your ankles, unless you have the Chelonian Fiend warp on your warbeast.
